Day-1: Delhi
Welcome to Delhi, the capital of India. You will be received at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Overnight stay at hotel situated in the heart of the city.
Day-2: Delhi
Delhi is a sprawling metropolis that displays a fascinating blend of the past and the present. Daylong tour of Old Delhi & New Delhi. Visit Raj Ghat (memorial of Mahatma Gandhi), Jama Masjid (largest mosque in India), Red Fort, Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar, India Gate and Parliament House. In the evening enjoy the Dances of India show and then proceed for dinner. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day-3: Delhi - Mukandgarh (260 km / 5hr)
Drive to Mehansar, a beautiful Rajasthan countryside. Check into the 18th century Mukandgarh Fort that boasts of the finest frescoes of the region. Dinner and overnight at the Mukandgarh Fort.
Day-4: Mukandgarh - Bikaner (190 km / 5hr)
Check out after breakfast and proceed for Bikaner. En-route visit Mandawa which has beautiful temples and breathtaking frescoes. On arrival at Bikaner, check into a heritage hotel that was built in the 19th century. Overnight stay at Bikaner.
Day-5: Bikaner
Sightseeing in Bikaner, a heavily fortified fort city famous for its camel farm and colorful people. Visit the Junagarh Fort (1588 - 1593) and the only camel-breeding farm in Asia. Also visit Gajner Palace, an incomparable jewel in the Thar Desert built on the embankment of a lake by Maharaja Sir Ganga Singhji of Bikaner. Overnight stay at Bikaner.
Day-6: Bikaner - Pushkar (265km in 5hrs)
Proceed for Pushkar - the tiny tranquil town along the bank of the picturesque Pushkar Lake. Pushkar is famous for its annual Pushkar Fair and is also an important pilgrimage center of India. Check in and relax at the hotel. Half-day sightseeing of the lake, temples, Anasagar and Akbar's Palace. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day-7: Pushkar - Jaipur (120km in 2hrs)
After breakfast visit Nasiyan (the Red Jain Temple) and Taragarh Fort (the Star Fort) located near Pushkar. Drive to Jaipur and on arrival check-in at hotel. After refreshing go shopping and then proceed for Choki Dani Village Complex for a typical Rajasthani sit down dinner. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day-8: Jaipur
Morning excursion to Amber Fort. Afternoon sightseeing of Jaipur city - City Palace, Jantar Mantar (medieval scientific observatory) and Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day-9: Jaipur - Agra (241km / 6hrs)
Drive to Agra, en-route visit Fatehpur Sikri (the red sandstone city) and Bulund Darwaza, the largest gateway in the world. On arrival check in at hotel. Visit the magnificent Taj Mahal in the evening at sunset. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day-10: Agra - Khajuraho (By Air - departing at 1335hrs and arriving at 1415hrs)
After early breakfast visit the Agra Fort. Explore the world famous Taj Mahal again. Transfer to airport for flight to Khajuraho, the ancient temple town famous for its erotic images in stone. On arrival transfer to hotel. Evening at leisure and overnight stay at hotel.
Day-11: Khajuraho - Varanasi (By Air - departing at 1445 hrs and arriving at 1525 hrs)
After breakfast daylong sightseeing of all the temples of Khajuraho. In the evening transfer to airport for flight to Varanasi, the holy city on the banks of the Ganges. Upon arrival check in at hotel. Later visit Sarnath, where Buddha preached his first sermon in 590 BC. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day-12: Varanasi - Kathmandu (By Air - departing at 1255 hrs and arriving at 1405 hrs)
Morning boat ride on the sacred river Ganges to see the rituals performed by devotees and priests. Half day guided tour of Varanasi including the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Gyanvapi Mosque, Banaras Hindu University and other important monuments. Transfer to airport for flight to Kathmandu, the capital of the Himalayan Kingdom of Nepal. On arrival check-in at hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day-13: Kathmandu
Breakfast at hotel. Daylong tour covering Swambhunath and Patan Durbar Square. Shopping and rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day-14: Kathmandu - Dhulikhel (32km / 1hr)
After breakfast proceed to Dhulikhel, a hill resort set in the breathtaking panorama of the Himalayas. On arrival check in at the resort Enjoy the day at leisure and visit the markets and temples. Stay overnight at the resort.
Day-15: Dhulikhel - Kathmandu (32km / 1hr) Kathmandu - Delhi (By Air departing at 1350 hrs and arriving at 1510 hrs)
Leave after breakfast and proceed to Kathmandu. Transfer to airport for flight to Delhi. Reach Delhi and transfer to international flight for home after farewell dinner.
