Day 1 : As you will arrive at Guwahati, the day will be spent in sightseeing and the stay for the night in Guwahati.
Day 2 : Take a drive to Kaziranga National Park. Take rest for some time and at around 2’o clock in the afternoon enjoy a jeep safari in the eastern range of the forest.
Day 3 : Have an early morning breakfast and then start for the jeep safari in the western range. The safari will continue for around 2 hours. As you will come back from the safari, have your lunch and take rest and then proceed for a sojourn to the tea gardens around, the trip will be for 2 hours or so. Stay overnight at Kaziranga.
Day 4 : Early in the morning start for Majuli, it is the largest island in a river. There are many traditional Asamese monasteries or Satras in the island. After coming back drive to Sivasagar and stay there for the night.
Day 5 : There are numerous antiquated monuments belonging to the Great Ahom Kingdoms scattered around Sivasagar. Visit them in the morning. The temple that Sivasagar boasts of is the Sivadol, the tallest Siva temple in India. Pay a brief sojourn to it. Stay at Sivasagar for the night.
Day 6 : Take your breakfast and start for Guwahati by car. Take your lunch at Guwahati and spend some funfilled moments over there. You can also go for a river rafting session in the Brahmaputra River. Stay at Guwahati for the night.
Day 7: In the morning, move to the airport and fly to your destination.
