Kanha, Mowgli's sweet home is more famous for its National
Park and Tiger Reserve than for any other reason. The
bamboo forests with undulating grasslands and Bamboo streams
lounge over an area of 940 sq. m. The Kanha Tiger Reserve
Forest, situated in Madhya Pradesh, created in 1974, is
one of the finest and best maintained reserves in India
and perhaps and ideal place to observe the majestic tigers
whose numbers are dwindling over the years.
